Cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance. A 30% fee will be charged to the card on file you entered upon booking for cancellations done beyond the 24 hour period of your scheduled appointment. If you no show for you appointment, you will be charged 100% of the services you booked. This is non negotiable as our system sends multiple text and email reminders of your up coming appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, you must text to let Yadira Lopez know. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your schedule appointment we will have to reschedule appointment and a 30% last minute cancellation fee will be charged to card on file.
